East-Fleet Finance Limited is MBIA Asset Management's Financing Conduit program. Launched in February 2006, East-Fleet is managed by the MBIA Asset Management London team. East-Fleet funds itself via the asset-backed commercial paper markets and lends these funds to high-quality counterparties.
